Participants will attend team practices, develop fundamental and advanced skills, and experience the structure, coaching, and culture of the Reds program. This is an excellent opportunity for players to grow in a competitive environment, build relationships with coaches and teammates, and prepare for full team placement in future seasons.

Please note: Players in the Development Program will practice with the team but will not participate in games during the current 2026 Spring season.
